Executive Coach · Leadership & Legacy Advisor
People & Culture

When leaders have mastered execution, leadership becomes a question of identity, not performance.

I work at the intersection of individual transformation and organizational development — with leaders navigating decisive transitions, with organizations building the culture and people architecture they need, and with those who have led for decades and are ready to ask what comes next.

Some are navigating pivotal transitions: new roles, organizational shifts, career crossroads. They require strategic partnership to grow beyond their current level.

Others are organizations that need someone who can hold the strategic and the psychological in the same frame — building culture, managing change, developing leadership teams, selecting the right people for the right roles. Sometimes the work calls for embedded partnership: not advice from the outside, but presence on the inside.

Others still face a fundamentally different question. After decades of leadership, they’re asking what defines them beyond achievement — not succession planning, but the deeper work of reconstructing identity and designing legacy.

My work integrates strategic thinking, psychological depth, and an understanding of the systems and cultures in which leaders operate. I move fluidly across coaching, consulting, and counseling psychology — not as separate services, but as an integrated response to whatever the transformation actually requires.

At the foundation of this work sits a proprietary diagnostic tool — the Leadership Identity Blueprint — the only integrated assessment of its kind, used in individual and team development, in executive recruitment, and across People & Culture work at the organizational level.
